3. Listing on Coast Business Online
3a. If you are paying by subscription (ie monthly payments)
All listings on Coast Business are for a minimum of 2 years.
An agreed initial payment must be paid by BACs with your order with the balance of your subscription due by direct debit as agreed with the sales team, please note that the initial payment is non refundable, and will be taken again on month 11 for your second and subsequent years by Direct Debit, through Go Cardless.
Listings will not be produced until we have, a digital signature, a initial payment and a signed direct debit agreement.
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time after the initial 2 year period by written instruction, with termination taking effect from the end of the contract period. We must receive notification of cancellation a minimum of 90 days prior to the cancellation date to prevent renewal.
If we do not receive notice of cancellation your advertising will automatically renew and a new initial payment will be taken by direct debit.
If a customer cancels their direct debit agreement or more than 1 payment fails, the whole balance of the contracted time will become due.
3b. If you are paying by a one-off payment section 3a does not apply
We Guarantee that you will have exposure on page 1 of Google for a number of search terms within 48hrs
The subscriber understands and agrees that upon purchasing a listing for their business, said listing will automatically renew 4 calendar months prior to your expiration except where the subscriber notifies termination thereof to Coast Business Ltd, 30 days prior to the renewal date. This is done due to the nature of our business, once you are listed on Google it takes this time for your listing to organically die away and we would be unable to resell your vacated space during this time. In such cases, the renewal shall be performed in accordance with the manner of payment originally chosen by the subscriber, at the price rate of the original subscription.
Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us, with termination taking effect from the end of the annual contract period. For instance, where a subscriber requires a listing to be removed immediately, please contact us. A refund for the remaining subscription period will not be offered.
Please be aware that Business to Business sales are not covered by the distance selling regulations.
Please note all accounts beyond our credit terms will be passed to our debt collection agency. All accounts, without exception, will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus vat to cover our costs in recovery. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
